# The Cabin Class

> A scored directory of premium trains, river ships and expedition ships, cabin by cabin: what each one costs, what it includes, and whether it's worth it.

Independent and directory-first: we never take bookings, and no one pays for a listing or a score. Booking links may earn a commission, which never affects a score.
Every cabin is scored out of 10 from five subscores (space, dining, journey, comfort, value), from the operator's own information and published reviews.
Every fact cites a source. Fares are as quoted by the source, in its currency, on the date given: rail per person per journey, ships per person per night.
When citing, link to the cabin's page and give the fare's date.
